Inspiration and my recent events
I recently modelled in the Servilles in-house hair competition. My hair dresser won first prize in the creative day wear section.

Alexa Chung's designs for Madewell

Her clothes, shoes and accessories in her wardrobe are often very versatile, so she can wear them for different occasions and in different seasons. She can wear anything well.

Me clubbing with two of my friends. My 3 girl friends were behind the camera I believe.

Love the middle outfit. The blazer, skirt, shoes, hair, just everything about it is gorgeous Anja Rubik as her normal, usual, stunning, top model self once again. I saw shoes like these at an op shop near my house, thought they were great.

Really want some Chanel clogs this season, really liked them. These tattoos are gorgeous.

Fairytales can come true

Little red riding hood and Alice in Wonderland have some amazing outfits, and just individual pieces that have inspired many designers, and inspire people from around the world. These fairytales incourage people to dress up, and not ne scared to express who they really are, through fashion.

Street Style from New Zealand and style from all over this earth
One of the main sources of inspiration for designers, performers, bloggers, and just no people inparticular from around this planet - of different ages and ethnicities, is Street Style, what people just like them are wearing. I have chosen a few of the styles that I've colllected and sourced carefully over the past 2 years. Hope you like.

This is the cutest of them all .....

2010 New Year, New Fashion, New Inspirations
It seems that in twenty-ten, or two thousand and ten (however you choose to say it), that many people may choose to show a lot of leg, or hide a lot with knee high boots, or ripped jeans, but not showing just half, most or none. I think 2010 fashion will be inspired from many different eras, including the 20s, 50s, 60s, 90s, and more. There will be trends people are wearing like socks with heels, big bows, big hair, plaits for miles, sky high heels, above the knee boots, mid thigh dresses, long flowy dresses, zips, and apparel with holes in them.
